- Currently, as part of my transition to Data Science, I am developing a machine learning model for predicting sensory tests of culinary recipes for sweets that have been adapted to reduce amounts of saturated fat, increased sugars, and sodium to values below the limits established by ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) for front-of-package nutritional labeling of packaged foods.
